Chantilly High School hosted its 37th Chantilly Invitational Jazz Festival on Friday and Saturday March 23 and 24. Bands, combos and jazz ensembles from all over the mid- Atlantic states participated. This year, featured performers were the NJW All-Star Jazz Orchestra, the JMU Faculty Jazz Combo and the U.S. Army Blues.

More than 20 groups battled for trophies and scholarships and, as the host ensembles, Chantilly Jazz and Chantilly Workshop Jazz performed.
