MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 800 block of S. Ivy Street. At 7:55 p.m. on Jan. 3, a married couple got into a verbal dispute. The argument escalated and the wife stabbed her husband in his arm with a folding knife. The victim was transported to Virginia Hospital Center for medical treatment of the stab wound. A 20-year-old Arlington woman was arrested and charged with malicious wounding.

‘Peter Pan’ Takes Flight at Winston Churchill

ViVa! Vienna! Returns Memorial Day Weekend

The General Assembly has adjourned sine die, from the Latin “without day,” meaning without assigning a next day for this session. However, we will meet again on April 20 for the reconvene session where we will spend a day voting on whether or not to sustain the Governor’s vetoes. We can expect at least 20 vetoes, which is a good thing since some of the bills we passed deserve no less.
