The Town of Vienna is gearing up for one of the biggest events of the year, Liberty Amendments Month. This annual celebration of citizenship highlights local history and liberties as they relate to the 13th, 14th, 15th and 19th Amendments, which granted equal citizenship rights and protections to people who were previously excluded from the U.S. Constitution.
