“Crescent Apartments are safe for me and my daughter who goes to Forest Edge Elementary School. Our neighbors look out for each other. We love Reston and Crescent, and this is our home. I hope our voices will be heard.” -Herminda Belleza has been a resident for nine years. She works seven days a week to ensure that her rent is paid every month.
