Emily Starck works with Lydia’s Field at Wheatland, a new farm in it first full season and first at the Potomac Farmers Market which operates Thursday afternoons from May through October. “There are few venues where you ask questions directly to the who make your food,” she said. She plans to bring 53 varieties of heirloom tomatoes this summer.
