The Fairfax County Police Underwater Search and Recovery Team dummy sits in a boat that will soon be sunk in the Occoquan Reservoir at Fountainhead Regional Park on June 11 in anticipation of Dive Team training exercise to be held on June 13. The scenario is that someone witnesses a boat and the boat driver sink and calls 911.
