Fairfax County Board of Supervisors held an Emergency Session on Tuesday, March 17 at 10 a.m. to consider making a local Declaration of Emergency. This does two things. It streamlines and expedites Fairfax County Government's access to emergency disaster funding and allows the County to use its authority to procure goods to address the emergency.
