Lucky Dog Rescue volunteers care for dogs up for adoption. Volunteers are Richard Lyon and Bailey Paige with her foster dog, Dreamer. Lucky Dog is an animal rescue organization that placed for adoption 1,795 dogs in 2017, and is projected to place for adoption 2,500 dogs in 2018. he program manager directing the organization at the Festival was Ashley Roberts; contact her at LuckyDogAnimalRescue.org
