Drum Major Konstantin Gojnycz leads the City of Alexandria Pipes and Drums in the 48th annual Scottish Christmas Walk Parade Dec. 1 in Old Town. The parade is part of the Scottish Walk Weekend of events benefitting the Campagna Center.
