Captain Tom Rathburn and crew members of “Lady of the Lake” set sail during the 2nd Annual Lake Anne Cardboard Boat Regatta held Saturday, Aug. 11. Little did they know a minute later “Lady” would capsize as it came about round the buoy at the half-way mark. Not all was lost. “Lady of the Lake” won not only the Titanic Award but the People's Choice Award as well.
