The Giving Circle of Hope’s “Big Give” was the place to be on Nov. 9. From left: The organization’s Governance Chair Cyndi Shanahan greets newly re-elected Virginia Del. Jennifer Boysko (D-86). Boysko is a staunch supporter of the “network of community” that the Giving Circle of Hope creates. “It’s local, and shows the power of doing things together,” said Boysko.
