By midsummer, the nationwide painted rock craze hit Herndon. Herndon's newest Facebook rock painting group, "Rock On Herndon" is "...dedicated to painting, hiding, finding and posting rocks that celebrate all things Herndon – our people, places, events, and businesses," Grace Han Wolf Cunningham pinned as her post on the group's Facebook page.
