Councilwoman Del Pepper, right, joins Shari Simmans and Maria Ciarrocchi of the Chamber of Commerce at last year’s kick off to Small Business Saturday. The Chamber will again be handing out goodie bags with surprise gifts at Market Square from 9 a.m.-noon and in front of Pork Barrel BBQ from 12:15-1:15 p.m. on Nov. 26.
