Rebecca Fisher, who came all the way from Utah to work on the Get Out the Vote (GOTV) campaign in Virginia, addresses a group of volunteers from all over Northern Virginia.

Their front doors are decorated with jack-o’-lanterns and spooky ghosts, and sometimes with oil lamps or Rangoli designs from the recent Hindu Festival of Lights.
