The team from West Potomac High School in Alexandria prepared Breakfast Quesadillas with Mango Salsa. From left are Xiomara Rosales, Brianna Wilson and Charlotte Shannon, members of the Gourmet Foods class at West Potomac High School. The students participating in the high school division were challenged to prepare a “grab-n-go” breakfast between 450 and 550 calories that included whole grain, protein, and fruit. Teacher/advisors for the team are Kelley Kennedy and Elizabeth Christensen.
