Wearing a red scarf in the front row, local fourth grader Jovani Morales-Shackelford, from MacArthur Elementary, is in Ford's Theatre's “A Christmas Carol” for the second year as Tiny Tim. He got his start at Little Theatre of Alexandria as Tiny Tim three years ago where he performed in the same production with his grandfather.
