Erica Serrano is resource parent recruiter for Arlington County’s Department of Human Services, Child and Family Services Division. She said this is the biggest event of the year for her organization, and is often the point in the year when families are reunited. She applauded the Arlington community for their generosity in donating time, food, gifts, and money to make the event a real treat for children. But, she still needs more foster parents.
