Victoria Sanchez says the big challenge in the Jaeger house is the space. “It is narrow and you need walking space.” Sanchez currently juggles consulting on historic homes in Old Town as well a 16,000-foot home in Great Falls and another in D.C. Her biggest challenge in 33 years was turning two penthouses into one in the Turnberry Towers in Rosslyn that took two years to complete.
