The Alexandria Little League Junior All-Star team played in the Junior Baseball State Tournament in Abingdon, Va. this past week which brought together 16 of the best teams from their respective home districts. The ALL All-Stars knocked-out four teams on their way to reaching the semi-finals in the double elimination tournament scoring 56 runs in 6 games. The ALL Juniors went 4-2, beating some strong teams, and placing 4th out of 16 in the state. The team's roster includes: Front row: Octavio Orona, Michael Lucas, Thomas Pollack, Ben Wilson; Back row: Patrick Crockett, Matt Rhodes, Evan Waldner, Ryder Duncan, Zach Morris and Milo Devereux. Not pictured is Sam Wingfield. The team was coached by Brian Morris, Doug Wilson and Rusty Rhodes.
