Jacqueline Lewis of Loudoun County prepares to go “Over the Edge” of the Crystal City Hilton next to her mother Joy Cavagnaro in support of Special Olympics Virginia on May 3. Cavagnaro is a volunteer with Special Olympics, coaching volleyball and swimming. She raised $5,000 for the event.

Rappellers raise funds for Special Olympics Virginia.
On Friday, May 3, 50 people went “over the edge” and rappelled down the outside of the Crystal City Hilton to raise $50,000 for Special Olympics Virginia.
