Pianist Alexander Paley Performs. 8 p.m. Complete Chopin Preludes and Waltzes. Free. Paley will usher in the 200th anniversary year of the birth of composer Frédéric Chopin with a concert of the complete Chopin Preludes and Waltzes. At Westmoreland Congregational UCC Church, One Westmoreland Circle, at Massachusetts and Western Avenues, the boundary of D.C. and Bethesda.
