Loudoun County Master Deputy Todd Bailey achieved master trainer status with the North American Police Work Dog Association in November. Bailey was named National Trainer of the Year in 2006. He joined the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office in 1987 and has been a member of the agency's canine unit since 1994. He is partnered with Dino, his second German shepherd since joining the unit.
