Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Davis retired after 27 years of service with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. Davis, who retired this week at the rank of master deputy, may be best known for his work as the agency’s primary bloodhound handler. Since 1981 he and his bloodhounds have been used to track numerous criminals and missing persons. He will continue to work at the Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue Association.
