First-place winner Leesa Woodward’s "Play Time" is a study of movement and the attempt to catch that moment of self-absorbed playtime, even among adult lions. A large piece done in oils, it depicts lighthearted fun, while showing the power in the muscular feline anatomy. It will be on display in November in building W9 at the Workhouse Arts Center.
