Great Falls Studios Holds Online Art Auction This Week.

Funds raised support Studio Tour 2024

Auction: The necklace's medallion is a hand-crafted wood and resin bead strung on a guitar string. The silver magnetic clasp is simple to use, and the necklace’s 16" length falls perfectly at the collarbone. Created and donated by Sandy Buffie.


Auction: The oil painting "Coastal Sunset" portrays a serene evening in the low country on Kiawah Island, South Carolina. It measures 12" x 9" and is presented on a canvas board, framed, and ready to be hung. Painted and donated by Tom Tucker.


Great Falls Studios is hosting its inaugural online art auction. The bidding starts on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at 6 p.m. and ends on Saturday, Aug. 31, at 7 p.m. Twenty artists contributed various works, including paintings, photography, jewelry, pottery, apparel and services. Great Falls Studios is a talented group of artists specializing in various mediums, including painting, pottery, photography, jewelry making, fiber art, sculpture, and more. For the past twenty years, Great Falls Studios has hosted the annual tour, inviting the community to visit the artists' studios. This event attracts hundreds of people each fall.
