Aug. 1-14 join a free game of ALX Bark Bingo. Visit some fur-avorite stores, and you could win a brilliant prize. Anyone can play, from the littlest pug to the biggest Great Dane.
ALX Bark Bingo is designed to help people discover wonderful small businesses throughout the City of Alexandria this summer season while also raising awareness to plastic-free and sustainable living. So, grab your friends or a trusty canine companion, and see the fantastic businesses on your doorstep.
The ALX Bark Bingo is presented by the Carlyle Council, Delray Business Association, Old Town Business Association, and West End Business Association, and sponsored by ALX Dog Walk.
ALX Bark Bingo is super-simple to play. All you need is a free ALX Bark Bingo card and a mobile phone. From Aug. 1- 14, there are 24 participating shops across the City of Alexandria with a terrier-rific yellow dog topiary box in front of the store. Fetch a bingo card from the store, scan the QR code on the topiary to see if the dog featured appears on your bingo card, and pop inside the store and ask them to stamp your card. If you get a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal bingo, BARK BINGO by emailing a photo of your card to barkbingo@alxdogwalk.com and qualify for a grand prize drawing on 8/15. Four winners each receive gift certificates valuing $300 from the participating stores.
