McLean McLean Community Foundation is accepting grant requests for its current grants cycle until Oct. 1, 2021. Applications can be found on MCF’s website at mcfonline.org.
In the spring 2021 grant cycle, McLean Community Foundation awarded more than $50,000, including more than $5,000 to Falls Church McLean Children’s Center. Other grantees include National Capital Treatment & Recovery, Langley Residential Support Services, Our Minds Matter, The ARC of Northern Virginia, and McLean Cares, a new non-profit organization created in our community in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The McLean Community Foundation (MCF) is a non-profit formed in 1978 by the McLean Citizens Association to meet the philanthropic needs of a growing McLean community. Grants are awarded twice a year from funds raised through annual giving and endowment interest. The focus is entirely on efforts that benefit the McLean community; grants have been made in the arts, education, sports and recreation, and emergency and social services.
