Ten Fairfax County high school students in the Class of 2021 received scholarships from the medical staff of Reston Hospital Center in recognition of their academic excellence and plans to pursue careers in healthcare. According to the hospital news release, medical staff dues collected from providers at Reston Hospital funded $13,000 in scholarships available to the Fairfax County seniors and six Loudoun County seniors.
“These students have risen to the occasion throughout their high school careers and are well deserving of the medical staff scholarships. We wish them all well as they begin their journeys of exploring careers in the healthcare field,” said Dr. Brett Sachse, president of the Reston Hospital Center’s medical staff.
The Fairfax County recipients of the Reston Hospital Center Medical Staff Scholarships are:

Daniella Fernanda Medina – Westfield High School
