The Workhouse Arts Center needs the public’s help by voting for the organization to receive a $25,000 grant from State Farm® which will provide additional funding to the Workhouse to deliver top-notch arts programming to Northern Virginia residents and beyond.
Voting starts this September 23 at 12 noon ET. As one of the top 200 nonprofits selected by State Farm nation-wide, any U.S. resident who is 18 and older with a valid email address can vote for the Workhouse Arts Center at https://www.neighborhoodassist.com/entry/2035194 (up to 10 times per day). Voting ends Oct. 2 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
The Workhouse Arts Center is the only multidisciplinary arts center in Fairfax and Prince William Counties offering a broad array of arts and cultural experiences, the majority of which are free or offered at a low cost to the public.
“Being nominated from 2,000 applicants truly means that grant organizers and the community we serve share our belief that the arts are critical, especially in the time of crisis,” said Elena Romanova, Chief Development Officer.
