Maranda Boson, assistant chief elections officer for the City of Alexandria, is sitting at the Ballot Table. She said she arrived at 4:45 a.m. to set up. "The doors have to be open at 6 a.m. There was a line around the building waiting to vote when we opened. The woman who was the first in line had probably been here since 5 a.m.”
