The staff at Herndon Fortnightly Library produced Winter Holiday Open House on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. Supported in part by Arts Herndon, children enjoyed crafts, light refreshments, music by Lydia Goff, violin, Melissa Kramer, Violin, Joshua Nielson, viola, and Vivian Olsen, cello, and a visit with Santa during the free event.
According to the library website, "The Herndon Fortnightly Library is located in the heart of the Town of Herndon — on the Town Green adjacent to the Municipal Center and the W&OD bicycle trail. The library offers a blend of small-town hospitality and large, cosmopolitan County resources."
