The Fairfax County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted for two counts of abduction and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Detectives believe 37-year-old Osman Osman, of Herndon, may have left Virginia after assaulting and temporarily abducting his wife and child on Saturday, March 24 in Chantilly. Detectives believe Osman traveled to New York City after the incident, but do not know where he currently is. Osman is also wanted for two counts of assault on a family member, a protective order violation and transporting a firearm while subject to a protective order. If anyone sees Osman, immediately call 9-1-1 and do not approach him, as he is believed to be armed and dangerous
