Old Town Square was the place to be last Saturday, Dec. 2, for the City of Fairfax’s annual Festival of Lights and Carols. The fun included a holiday market, s’mores, hot cider, crafts, live singing groups, a petting zoo, visits with Santa and the lighting of the City’s Christmas tree.
