The fourth annual Science Innovation and Inspiration Youth Conference (ScI2YC) will be on Saturday, April 9 at Langston Hughes Middle School, 11401 Ridge Heights Road, Reston, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
The conference's purpose is to create and encourage middle school students' curiosity in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) as well as students' critical thinking and problem solving skills.
At the event, middle school students will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities, attend presentations of guest speakers from the community, and be able to make connections with their peers.
