St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School celebrated the Commencement of the 115 members of the Class of 2016 on Saturday, June 11 on the grounds of Virginia Theological Seminary.
Academic honors include two National Merit finalists, two semifinalists, and 15 commended scholars; and 22 seniors were inducted into the Cum Laude Society. More than one-third of the class was offered college scholarships or merit aid. Three members of the class received military appointments. Three seniors won the Alexandria and Arlington division of the Virginia Math League, and two seniors received a Cappies performing arts award. Thirty-three athletes will be continuing with their sports at the collegiate level, representing 10 sports.
