Leadership Fairfax is now accepting applications for its Lifetime Leadership Program (LLP) Spring semester, beginning on March 30. The tuition-based program is designed for seasoned professionals with a lifetime of experience who are nearing retirement or already retired, and looking for the next step in their leadership journey. Informational sessions will be held in January and February for interested individuals.
The program exposes participants to volunteer and entrepreneurial opportunities in the community, while connecting them with other dynamic and accomplished adults. Topics covered include Fairfax County Government Operations, Boardsmanship and Making an Impact through Community Engagement.
Informational sessions will be held at Leadership Fairfax’s headquarters on the following dates:

Feb. 10, 10 - 11 a.m.
Feb. 24, 2 - 3 p.m.

The six-course program is facilitated by accomplished and knowledgeable instructors, who encourage participants to explore their experience and passion to reflect on future opportunities. Guest speakers include senior executives from regional corporations, nonprofits and businesses. The Lifetime Leadership Program is one of three leadership development programs offered by Leadership Fairfax with the focus of positively impacting Fairfax County and the region. LLP Graduates will grow their networks, build their knowledge and explore new opportunities to contribute in the next stage of their lives.
