United Community Ministries recently hired April Love as its new volunteer and community relations coordinator. Love is a graduate of Lynchburg College and began her career at UCM by reaching out to meet volunteers at the weekly Volunteer Orientation sessions. One of her first goals at UCM is to incorporate a online “virtual” volunteer orientation session to make volunteering easier and more convenient for prospective volunteers and groups.
