Dr. Lesley Lee Francis shares her memories of her grandfather, poet Robert Frost, at the Arlington Central Library on Aug. 29. Much of Francis’ discussion centered around the women in Frost’s life: his wife Elinor Miriam White and his daughter, Francis’ mother, Lesley Frost Ballantine. Francis also recalled some of her firsthand experiences with Robert Frost, like being with him as he read “The Gift Outright” for John F. Kennedy’s inauguration.
