Mark. T. Palmer joined FVCbank as vice president, commercial lender, supporting the bank’s commercial team in the Arlington area. Palmer brings 30 years of experience in banking, including most recently at Monument Bank in Bethesda, where he worked as vice president, real estate lender. He also has served as vice president and head of the real estate group at The Adams National Bank in Washington, D.C.
