Boston Properties has announced their appointment of Kenyetta Price as senior property manager for Phase I and Phase II of Reston Town Center. Price began her career in Class A office building management at Reston Town Center in 1999, then joined Boston Properties to manage 486,801 square feet of offices in Washington, D.C. in 2004. In her return to Reston Town Center, Price is now managing the buildings of Fountain Square, Freedom Square, and South of Market with more than 2 million square feet of Class A offices.
“Kenyetta has proven her skills, and most importantly, her comprehensive care for the properties and tenants under her purview,” according to Denise Hogan, regional property manager for Boston Properties. “We are fortunate to have her on our team.”
In her role as senior property manager, Price oversees overall operations and management of financials, tenant and vendor relations, and staff, while also sustaining strong connections with the local business community. Price has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Strayer University.
