Supervisor Jeff McKay (D-Lee) and Fairfax County School Board chairman Tammy Derenak-Kaufax were scheduled host one of the last town hall meetings for the advertised FY2016 county budget on March 25 at the Franconia Governmental Center in Alexandria.
The 7p.m. meeting is one of the last of 13 such events for public information and input, including two community dialogues hosted by Board of Supervisors chairman Sharon Bulova.
The Board of Supervisors is tentatively set to hold its next Budget Committee meeting March 31 at the Fairfax County Government Center, followed by a handful of public hearings in the first full week of April.
