For the fourth year in a row, the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) hosted the National Facilitator’s Training between July 10-12. The PLTI hosts free training parents in civics and advocacy skills. Mayor William Euille, School Board Chair Karen Graf, and various members of the City Council and School Board attended a welcome reception to attendees of the National Facilitator’s Training on July 9. “The PLTI brings the parent’s perspective to the democratic process,” said School Board member and PLTI graduate William Campbell.
