Mount Vernon CrossFit @ The D.A.M. Garage head coach and director of programming, Sean Dunston, was working up a sweat coaching the participants in the Saturday morning three-part work out in January. More than 29 teams of two went through an exercise regime. Mount Vernon Chamber chairman Michael Gailliot along with board members arrived at the gym and set up for the official ribbon- cutting. Gailliot welcomed the new business that had taken over the existing car repair garage at 8459 Richmond Highway. The new owners are no strangers to Richmond Highway as they are Holly Woods & Vines owners Vanessa Wheeler and John Johnston.
