Centreville — The Centreville High School PTSA is hosting the 2013 CVHS All-Night After-Graduation Party on June 18, 2013 at Dave & Busters. This is a drug- and alcohol-free party for the entire senior class of 555 students. The party has games, bowling, pool tables, food/drinks all evening, casino games, and lots of prizes. Money made this year also assists with planning for similar parties, which serve to keep kids safe on Graduation Night, for future graduating classes.
We have worked to raise money for this event since last September. We are having our biggest fundraiser this weekend: the annual Mulch Sale. We have sold more than 13,000 bags of mulch and we will deliver them to the community Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17. We now need the community to help deliver the mulch to our faithful customers.

The community has supported the purchasing of the mulch, but we are lacking volunteers to deliver the mulch. We have the same 20 or so adult volunteers all weekend. The more people that come out to help, the less each of us has to do. We need 20 more people on Friday night to start delivery using 9 trucks to haul mulch. We need at least 4-5 people per truck to unload. Helpers, 4-5 per car, follow the adults in the large delivery truck and unload the mulch to the customers' driveways. On Saturday afternoon we need 40 more helpers, and Sunday another 40. We are reaching out to local fraternity and sorority members, charitable groups, caring community members....anyone who enjoys helping others and eating delicious, free food for their efforts.
Students: Even if you are not a senior this year, this benefits your class. Money left over will go to the next class, so every student at CVHS will benefit from the hard work and dedication of the volunteers.
