Last week, Gov. Bob McDonnell announced appointments to five boards of visitors: College of William & Mary, George Mason University, Old Dominion University, University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University. He also announced appointments to 13 other Virginia boards and commissions. Anne C. Gruner of McLean, vice president of J.K.
