Mary Keegan, a senior at James Madison University, earned the first-place award in lighting design at the Mid-Atlantic Region II Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival at Towson University in Md. Keegan, who is majoring in theater and English, won the regional award for her work on the fall production of "Anna in the Tropics." She will compete in the National KCACTF at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in April.
