Alexandria — The Target Gallery, the national exhibition space in the Torpedo Factory Art Center celebrated its 25th anniversary last month. Matthew Harwood, chair of the Target Gallery founding committee addressed the gathering, speaking of the vision, beginnings and of the success of the art space.
The Target Gallery is located on the first floor of the Torpedo Factory Art Center on North Union Street.
