Arlington — Evolent Health has signed a lease for a nearly 34,000-square-foot headquarters at 800 North Glebe, a JBG Companies’ state-of-the-art, mixed-use building at the corner of Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard in the Ballston submarket of Arlington. Featuring a glass curtain façade with stainless steel accents, 800 North Glebe is a, 10-story, LEED Gold-certified building featuring interior space flooded with natural light and designed to optimize space. Trip Howell and Amy Bowser of Jones Lang LaSalle served as tenant brokers for the deal.
