Alexandria — U.S. Rep. Jim Moran (D-8) and former U.S. Rep. Tom Davis (R-11) were luncheon speakers at successive meetings of the Rotary Club of Alexandria. The two co-teach a Political Parties and Campaigns class at George Mason University and spoke of the need for those of opposing parties to work together. Davis spoke at the Sept. 11 meeting at Belle Haven Country Club and Moran on Sept. 18.
