ArtSpace Herndon has announced the winners and honorable mentions of the fourth annual Portrait Competition. Jurors Tricia Cherrington Ratliff and Caron Broadway Moody carefully selected 25 finalists. Judge Kurt Schwarz announced the winners at the reception on Saturday, Nov. 10.
